Clinical Coordinator

Respirit Healthcare is a DPIIT-recognised medtech startup incubated at IIT Guwahati and supported by ICMR. We run Breathe Clinic, Guwahati's dedicated respiratory clinic, and are building RESPIRIT, an indigenous portable spirometer now entering clinical validation.

In this role, you will split your time equally between:

1. Clinical validation of the RESPIRIT spirometer (50%): Coordinating the study at our clinic and partner sites under the Principal Investigator (PI), handling study documents, Ethics Committee submissions, CTRI registration support, and patient pre-screening.

2. Clinic and patient operations (50%): Running daily clinic operations, supervising staff, scheduling diagnostics (PFTs, sleep studies), ensuring timely reporting, and managing follow-up systems for chronic respiratory patients.

This is a demanding role in an early-stage medtech company suited for candidates seeking early responsibility.

• Degree in healthcare/life sciences (B.Sc/M.Sc Respiratory Therapy, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Nursing, BPT, Life Sciences, MBA Healthcare, or MSW)
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in clinical research or in a PFT/respiratory lab
• Preferred: Respiratory therapy qualification with experience performing spirometry or PFTs to ATS/ERS standards
• Preferred: PG Diploma or M.Sc in Clinical Research
